The reason I put 1 star is because they don't call me at my scheduled appointment. Example if my appointment is scheduled at 1pm they call me at 12pm or early. I work and I told them I prefer to call at my scheduled time. I did ask to speak with the supervisor and they never transferred me. I also inform the lady that I prefer to be call at my time because I am PSR and I can't walk out when ever I want. The front desk is not helpful and she is rushing. I never had a problem until now.
