The customer service/dispatchers very rude, unpleasant and need forever to verify name and address. In addition, 5 days a week got food delivery is totally unpredictable, from one to 5 hours each day! So, to get a meal we must ne at home from 8AM-4PMand they don’t want leave it in front of the door! They are constantly pushing for once a week delivery of frozen meals! Also, always include envelopes to leave cash tip for the drivers!?!? The food last several weeks is terrible, not tasty, dry, little or no meet, s lot of pasta, bread, sweat juices…
