I was stuck between a rock and a hard place a couple of days ago! While traveling for work, I became STRANDED!! I called the dealership where I purchased my vehicle (5 Star Ford on George W Bush in Dallas) although I was stranded with what I believed to be new RECALL issue, they were unable to help me nor get my vehicle in for WEEKS!!! A Ford mechanic friend of mine recognized the issue, got me temporarily fixed and followed me to Sam Pack Ford in Carrollton. Clayton Young met me at the door!! The service department went above and beyond in such an amazing way!! My car was fixed and back to me in less than an hour!! Clay even ran it through the car wash!!! I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for Clayton Young and the whole Sam Pack Service Department!! ❤️

2018 Ford Raptor. B.O. premium sound and navigation system. Have not had any problems with it yet.
We just put a 6 year 100,000 mile warranty on our with full wrap maintenance protection added in as well that covers all oil and fluid changes a well as filters and really everything. It was around 3,000 for everything but I think well worth it.
