I have been working with Grace for over two years. I am impressed with the counselors that I have worked with both in IOP and individual therapy. They really care about their clients and their recovery. I have been involved with several of the alumni events. I have had some exposure to other counseling individuals and groups and would recommend Grace over all of them.

I was disappointed by how unprofessional the place was. Staff often whisper with the secretary and have random conversations while ignoring clients. I was rarely greeted and had to ask where the IPad was to sign in. The receptionist looks like a teenager and acts immature and has random outbursts. She barely acknowledges clients, as if she doesn’t want to be bothered. My counselor was not prepared and did not review my file. She suggested that she never met with me. I had to wait for her to flip through her huge journal pad to find my information. She still did not have my treatment plan as promised. I felt like a number. She made judge-mental remarks throughout the session. It’s just an overall mess. Perhaps, those with substance addiction may find it useful. However, I would not recommend individual therapy there.

This is a Great place and they helped me overcome my addictions . I came here for IOP ordered by probation, and would definitely recommend. The staff here are great and made all of the difference for me. 5 star 5 star 5 star. Yay for grace. You should come here if you want to do better at life.
