It's a great place to go if you don't mind waiting a couple months to see their psychiatrist Kelly Ryan, than have her push your appointment another month away because "something came up" on her end. Traverse Health Clinic does not care if your needs are urgent. There are other options out there so do not settle for being treated like you are unimportant. You deserve better care so please look elsewhere.

If you seek treatment at Traverse Health clinic and they refer you to their psychiatrist Kelly Ryan you will be treated like you don't matter. First off it will take 3 months to be able to see her. Than 24 hours before your appointment they will cancel and reschedule you for another month away. Their unprofessional policies caused my brother in law to try to end his life. Traverse Health Clinic should be closed or at the very least re staffed. They should be ashamed of how they treat their patients.
