My husband and I traveled a few hours to TC to look at the dealerships there (way more offerings than where we live). We are on the market for an SUV with third row seating with a pretty high budget. We went to several dealerships that day and this BMW dealership is the ONLY one where we were not greeted when we walked in. We had to say hello to the receptionist and she said hi and that was it. We were there about 15-20 minutes looking around and not one person approached us and asked if we needed help or had questions. We went over to the Mercedes dealership and we were greeted right away and shown around (as with the Toyota dealership, Audi, and many others). We were very disappointed and are only giving it two starts instead of one because the dealership was clean. If I decide to go with the BMW, I would never go to this dealership again and would find another one elsewhere even if it is a farther drive.
