Our lawn gets serviced about once every two months. Dishwasher has been broken for 3 months. Shower door has been broken for a year. I've called multiple times with no response. Straight to voice-mail. Worst property management

Left our apartment spotless. Move in ready for the next Tennant. Of our 1,300 deposit about $1000 was refundable. (Cleaning fees) We made sure everything was spotless without issue, hopefully the pictures reflect that. We received our deposit check a month after move out and it was just over $500. We got docked an additional $400 for cleaning. When I reached out via phone and email to Brandon, He wouldn’t answer, call back or email back. Very unprofessional. We definitely feel we were taken advantage of in this situation. He was also very hard to get ahold of when you do have an issue. Property was nice, but the property management is terrible.

They manage a property across the street from me. The yard is full of 3' tall weeds and goatheads. The yard and building havent been touched all year. The 2 nice trees the owners paid for are dead. They kick out the tenants every year in order to charge massive amounts in application fees which leaves the property vacant for weeks to months. As a business and property owner I can 100% say DO NOT LET BRANDON MORGAN MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY.

We rented from them. Moved out took pics of everything and now he’s trying to keep $90 for paint and $320 for cleaning while we were moving out with no ac 2 babies under 1 years old called him and he had no urgency to fix ac while it was 100+ degrees outside we had to stay else where and drive back to move out. After we moved out our lease was until the 31st we left early as no ac and 90° In house and had to borrow fans from the neighbors while cleaning and packing. We cleaned for days everything top to bottom and there was no damage to paint other than normal wear and tear from hanging a couple pics which we filled in holes. Have called him multiple times and emailed and won’t respond to anything. Even sent him an email saying we will be contacting an attorney or going through small claims court with all documentation we have if we don’t hear back and come up with a resolution but he doesn’t seem to care at all and won’t answer any communication. Don’t recommend to rent from him.
