You can’t look at any of their properties without paying the application fee? And then when you do go through the process, they take your money and you never hear from them again. For someone with an excellent credit score and rental history (reference letters included), I can’t even be sure they processed my application, but they sure kept my money. And when I did call to check on the status of my app, they said “someone will call you either way”. Not interested in renting from landlords like this.

Worst property management ever!!!! I recommend nobody to rent from these people my heat was off for 11 days and I have a 8 month daughter and we didn't hear nothing back for 11 days... they always act like they tried to reach out but they never do they stall you out, lie, and don't care about there tenants in no way shape or form... my backdoor was broke for months and the lady that came over for an inspection. Said it was an emergency and it would be fixed still never got fixed even up to the day we moved!!!! if you have an issue with your house and It pertains to your well being like heat for my 8 month yr old they'll tell you we need to talk tonthe owner before we can help you with something like that!!!! WoW!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AMERICAN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO MY WORST ENEMY. Trust me you've been warned... STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Never return phone calls never answers phone never in the office. Got a notice they were movin have no clue where or when. The yard was a complete dump when moved in an they refused to do anything about it an said somethin to the fact that we will be charged for the condition of the yard cuz we didn’t put it on the check list when in fact the check list didn’t have anything about the outside to check. Apparently the owner doesn’t care much or he or she would go through a better company I wonder how much money people r bein bribes with to leave the good reviews?
