Welcoming staff. The bed was not as comfortable and the TV set up was weird for viewing from the bed. But good value. No free breakfast.

Excellent hotel! The front desk supervisor (Nakia) went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was pleasant and enjoyable! Her along with Aja and Robyn’s smiling faces were a welcomed site, coming in from a long day of DJ’ing a wedding nearby! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and staff to anyone! Sincerely Titus A. Beware the pool is out of service for renovations. I booked my stay 5 months ahead and received no notice before my arrival that the amenity I paid for was not available. The hotel refused to offer and discount or accommodation.

Air conditioning didn't work, I called they told me to turn it off then back on and wait. Room got up to 82 degrees then I called back and they told me they would try to move us and she would call back. She just showed up at the door, with and attitude, like it was very inconvenient for her... said the hotel was sold out... sold out but somehow she got us a room... and told us we were lucky... one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel.

We went there as a group rate for a cheerleading competition, I believe it was $109.00 a night
Yes there is a shuttle i believe.
I support both the Hilton Garden Inn and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Exton down the road. If you call the phone number listed, it states it isn't in service but you can still currently make reservations on the website as of today (1/4/21) for January through 2021. I have been trying to reach out to the property to find out what is going on, but have not had any luck. 2/24/21 Update - The Courtyard in Coatesville is currently not accepting reservations for the remainder of 2021 and it is unclear when it will reopen.
