this place sucks. lots of crime and Wendy doesn't want to help you at all. unorganized place. Also it is not "gated" and there are no security camera's.

I have been living at Millview since June 2021 and have nothing but wonderful things to say about living here and the staff. From the lovely ladies at the front desk who first gave me a tour and helped me complete my move-in paperwork to the maintenance staff, everyone is down to earth and so helpful. Some maintenance staff live onsite and respond within 20 min. or less to any issues you may have. I don't understand any of the negative ratings for Millview. I pay my rent on time, I'm your average, quiet, full time working type of tenant and have zero issues. This place a gem in Coatesville on top this hill. I never hear any neighbors or any sound. It doesn't even feel like an apartment, it feels like a vacation condo. During the winter months, I noticed people outside working all night long around the clock to keep the parking lots cleared and sidewalks. The dedication and upkeep is really pleasantly surprising in this day and age and I feel very lucky to have found this place. Especially as a female, feeling safe and comfortable is a priority. I have zero plans on leaving anytime soon and highly recommend Millview!

Honestly I don’t understand the reviews on here, the office staff is the best ever, they recognize us everytime we walk in. Maintenance is amazing, answers promptly and is always friendly and respectful. Our apartment is spacious and beautiful, neighbors are very friendly. 10/10, ignore bad reviews this neighborhood is amazing and safe

I wish I could give less honestly. The community and residents are nice but that about where nice ends. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER MOVING HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. After maintenance entered my apartment without prior notice or permission, I was taken to court over having a firearm safely and properly stored inside my own home. This is despite the firearms are a crucial tool in my job. I was forced to remove the firearm from my home and submit to an extremely intrusive walkthrough by the landlord before they would dismiss the case. Then after dismissing it, they continued to harass me into paying their legal fees for a course of action that they opted to pursue. To add insult to injury, they still continue to harass me through email despite me no longer being a resident. On top this fiasco, maintenance is extremely late when you do call them (ironic) and they often would completely forget about me, leading to numerous follow-up calls and request. Especially avoid if you enjoy not sweating your balls off in the summer. The AC on the 3rd floor rarely kept the apartment below 80 degrees in the spring and summer. All in all, I'm sad to say this was a very negative experience. I will not be patronizing any property owned by this manager ever again and recommend that prospective renters look elsewhere. There are too many great apartment complexes in the Chester County Area for you to give your money to this management company. Avoid them like the plague.
