Maybe just understaffed, but it was a hassle to get help getting something down from a shelf. I had to ask customer service twice to send someone, who never came, then asked multiple people around to help. They all seemed to disappear. I would have climbed the shelves, but I’m sure that would have been frowned upon. Oh well.

A little better organized and more brightly lit than Home Depot. They carry different manufacturers than Home Depot, so I wind up going to both depending on what I need. I frequent Lowe's much more though as I like it better overall.
