I don't know. I was there for ac repair work only. Give them a call and I'm sure they can quote you a price on inspections.
Coupons can often be misprinted. They are sent by marketing companies and not the service providers. You should check with the people who actually mailed the coupon and ask them to do it for that price. It is unreasonable to assume any business could do the service for $19.95. I think you need to grow up and face real life.
