I will not be back. They cross threaded two of my lugs and ruined two studs. They replaced and took responsibility for one. I saw the technician put the lugs on. He kept pulling the trigger on the impact wrench and it would not tighten. He told me if he did it he was sorry. I contacted Allison on numerous occasions and she did not return my calls. I spoke with her this morning and she hung up on me. I called back and her boss spoke to me and she hung up on me. That was very unprofessional. I will not be back. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

How much and whether or not we could accommodate you depends on several things like tire size, type of rim, are tires new or used..etc. If you can call our office at 601-664-1592 they'll try to help you out. When I said we don't do service, I was referring to things like oil changes, alignments, etc. Just wanted to be clear. Sorry if I wasn't earlier.

Cassandra, that's an excellent question and one we try to address every day. We are often quite busy, and the folks who would be able to help with prices are out of the office looking at customer's tires and working with customers who are actually on site. They may also be in the work area where the machinery can be quite loud. We've installed obnoxiously loud ringers to help our guys hear the phones, but sometimes callers slip through.
