The Absolute Worst Speedco I’ve ever come across these guys are lazy & don’t know nothing! Came in for a simple alternator & these guys can’t even change it! All they do is walk around all day! The head mechanic James knows absolutely nothing dude is a joke.. I wouldn’t let these sorry mfs put a chain on my bike.. I’m definitely calling in & reporting them.. anybody that can’t even change an alternator has no business callinh themselves a mechanic! What a joke! A Big Time joke! The really deserve 0 stars Tbh on the mechanical side!! I came in at 9:30 am here it is 17:00 I’m still here.. never again

These guys are very rude. I came here 5 hours ago to replace my trailer tire. I was told the guy in front of me didn’t pay and his company not Answering their phone. I still don’t get what does that have to do with me. I came here for service ready to pay. SMH 🤦🏾♂️ The worst excuse. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I swear I mean what I said. And as crazy as it sounds it’s the truth.

Today 9-15-22 at 9.20 am I come to this place because my company. freight union. they have has love gas station and after. they call. and I get to this place. looks like the manager. he was not in a good mood. and I treat myself very badly with a lot of attitude. I think that if we are clients we should treat ourselves well and have good communication with our clients. all in exchange for their workers. They were very understanding but the manager. I don't think it's the best fit. be in that position thank you and take into account what happens things like that. they would not drink pass

The night manager Ms Williams was very professional however her worker didn’t do there job properly didn’t do all the services they were paid to do . I had to come back the following morning to have them finish what I had already paid them for . They lied and said they preformed serviced not rendered. Check behind these guys. Watch out Truckers

Very slow. Called for service around 10am. Roadside came up with every excuse not to come work in the cold. After telling they was coming and would be a 4hr wait. I waited 6hrs.I decided to drive down (15min away) since roadside was trying to get out of working in the cold 🤦🏿. They finished my truck at 10pm. All after they told me I'd wouldn't have to wait in line if I drove down. Still waited and nobody wanted to take responsibility

Yes, but I would not recommend this location.I did not have a good experience here,ie, wrong filters put on wrong. I had to get another service almost immediately. I broke down 2 miles from the location, bad/wrong fuel filter. When I left the facility after being there 4 hours, I thought I was okay. I lost 3 gallons of oil with 24 hours,They put the wrong oil filter on. The employees were wonderful. Great personalities and great customer service, seemed very knowledgeable. But appearance can be deceiving. I wish you all the luck, maybe my experience was a fluck.
