I would rate them a zero but that is not an option. Women/buyers beware. 4-5 weeks ago I took my robotic vacuum into them because it had an error 10 code and would not operate. They told us that it was the power cord and it would need to be replaced but that they could not find one. We picked the vacuum up and my husband found one immediately online and ordered it and replaced the cord within a week. 2 days ago the vacuum was driving very slow and not picking up very well. I mistakingly took the vacuum back to them for evaluation. They called my husband and told him that the gears were shot and many parts needed to be replaced and that at this point we would be better off buying a brand new vacuum. They said that they could not order the gears or parts or find them. I picked the vacuum back up yesterday and when I got home and unrolled the power cord to plug it back in I noticed that the cord was cracked and very warn as though it has been in the sun and pool damaged for many years. See attached photos. I immediately called the store and told them that they replaced the wrong power cord onto the vacuum. I explained to them that we just put a brand new power cord onto the vacuum and the one that was attached was cracked. I was told oh I'm sure that it was an "honest" mistake. The owner will be back in tomorrow so you can bring it back in and speak with the owner. My husband and I took the vacuum back in this morning and the clerk said we reviewed our cameras. We did not touch the power cord. He was very defensive and said that he was going to call the owner. He called the owner. The owner too was very defensive and said that he reviewed the cameras and that the cord was never touched. My husband and I both explained that the power cord was brand new when we brought it into the store and it came home with a cracked and frayed power cord. The owner said that there basically was nothing he could do and that we should reach out to the company that we purchased the power cord from to see if they can replace it under warranty. The clerk told the owner that he was losing his patience with us and posturing as though he was going to come over the counter at us which of course made us defensive. Bottom line, they can't seem to order parts or fix things, you don't get back what you take to them, and they seem to resolve issues with getting angry and defensive. PS- the power cord is about 380 bucks brand new. I could see why it might be worth doing a bait and switch. And my husband found the gears and parts needed to fix the vacuum yesterday. They are in route. Avoid their pool vacuum repair service like the plague.

I had my wife drop off our Polaris robot vacuum for repair. The company claimed they couldn't get the parts and we said well pick it up. When my wife picked up the vacuum she noticed that the floating cord appeard to be old and cracked. That was strange as we had just replaced that cord for 380.00 3 weeks before. The guy on the phone claimed its best just to replace the vacuum. I called the day my wife picked up the vacuum and the guy on the phone claimed Wilson did the work (wilson is the owners son and manager) strange thing was he told my wife Nick did the work. So we were playing musical chairs. We both went in the next morning to retrieve my brand new cord and the guy working at 9am on Thursday 9-29-22 was belligerent and claimed he was loosing his patience as if he was going to fight me. Bottom line is they saw a woman and decided to take the brand new cord and put an old cord on it as in his opinion it needed to be replaced anyway so why not put an old cord on it. These vacuums cost 1500.00 plus tax. I would strongly caution every woman out there to avoid this store like the plague. They will rip you off. Now ive got to spend another 380. Dollars for a new cord and more for the parts that the pool store claimed that they couldn't get the parts. Funny thing was a simple google search found all the parts within 15 min. These people lie and steal. Buyer beware. Ill be posting this negative review on every review site i can find. The fact that they ripped us off then wanted to physically fight when i went in should tell everyone what kind of company this is.
