The only Burger King I will go to in the Tri-Cities. They have always been friendly to me and have always got my order right. Things you think would be a priority to any food business, but seems to be sadly lacking at other places.

Yea just wanna say , one of the workers there, that works in the morning shift was rude ,because I was not computer savvy on how to read her the coupon that she wanted I asked for her assistance, of how to do it but she’s like “don’t you know how to use your phone” I can tell she hates her job but why does she have to take her hate out on other people that’s not fair :( , If you wanna see good service when it comes to your food go to Taco Bell!! the people there are a lot more friendlier and nicer and understanding and willing to help with you and how to use coupons off your phone.

I went through the drive thru at 7:30 asked for 50 nuggets and 3 lg fries fresh. I was asked to park in the front of the store. A car pulled in right beside me after i parked. I waited till 7:41 to go into the store to ask my food was. The ppl that pulled in next to us I saw get their lg order bagged and 2 bags in the warmer. The lady asked how she can help I gave her my sales ticket and she looked at the 2 bags gave them to me. I asked if they were fresh she said yes I asked how long they were sitting there. other lady said she didnt know. I left tried a fry it was bad not even warm to touch went back inside. I saw they put fresh fries in the bin i asked for them these are bad, the lady just gave me the fires I didnt hear was she said under her mask I left mad....Time leaving 7:45

Worst customer service ever! Did not acknowledge us while getting our food at the window. Very rude...will not return. Not even busy to warrant such behavior.
