This place is getting dirtier and dirtier every time I go. I don't think they clean it at all. It has become pretty disgusting. My kid got bit by something there. I am assuming it was in one of the foam pits. I will no longer be visiting this location.

The customer service here is outstanding. The staff is so incredibly helpful and friendly, I am so impressed!! Cherie and Zoraida both helped me plan and set up my son's birthday. They answered all my questions and stayed in communication with me the whole week prior to make sure we had every detail right! My host for the night of the party was Jahayra. She was absolutely amazing!! Jahayra was so kind and checked on our room/group frequently. She decorated the room for me and it turned out fantastic! I really cannot say enough good things about this place. It was also, obviously, so much fun!!!! We will be back :)

This place has the best staff I have ever experienced as a parent of active kids. We had a birthday party and so many staff members helped out to make sure we were taken care. I had to ask everyone’s name to express our gratitude for their outstanding customer service. Our host Cherie was the best host ever. She listened and executed our plans and decorations flawlessly. Cherie went above and beyond to make my daughters’s birthday the best she ever. The following staff members provided 5-Star service: Johana, Zovaida, Allyson, Elany, Alyssa, Saloman, Jouany, Marley, and Terry. Honestly, the entire staff was outstanding! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
