I have had a multitude of issues with the construction team on this project to include a leak that I am still waiting to get addressed and a complete lack of communication from the pool company I have called, emailed, and texted and have not got any feedback. The lights still don't work and the original wall that was supposed to be returned to original color was not. I have been told they are working on it but no date or game plan has been presented. When I reached out by email they said they are waiting on shotcrete which is super funny as that stage was completed months ago which tells me the company is not communicating with each other much less the consumer. I to date still have a leak and over a week of messages and emails that have not been replied to.

Terrible experience. Crew not showing up on a regular basis, having to call and follow up daily with no responses, very frustrating, poor workmanship resulting in pool emptying out multiple times, took many many months longer than told, run around from all levels. Left site unsafe, actually fell in one of the open drainage holes they forgot to cover up. Would not recommend at all.

We put in our Presidential Pool a little over a year ago, it was in the middle of covid with all of the problems of supply chain issues, subcontractors being out sick for 10 days at a time and just the complete nightmare of covid. There were many delays as most companies faced during this time and our pool took a little longer to be built but I want to say that from the beginning our pool designer Steven Vollaro was awesome. We wanted to start with a blank canvas and removed everything in our backyard. Steven designed a beautiful backyard for us and helped us set everything up from the demo until the backyard was complete. If I ever had any issues and I called him it was taken care of quickly and kindly! I recommend Steven and Presidential Pools if you are thinking of getting a pool! We love our backyard oasis!
