I never thought I would have such a great experience at rehab before, but I genuinely had an amazing experience with this facility. I learned so much about not only the program and recovery, but a lot about myself. The facility is nice, modern, and clean. The food is great and the staff is beyond helpful. Big props to the BHT Miranda and Tiffany for always being there for patients with anything they need. Sean, my case manager and Ashanti my therapist were indescribably helpful. They listened to everything I had to say and you can tell they truly care about their job and helping their patients. Silk and Drew, two of the best recovery coaches on this side of the globe, were always encouraging and were a big part of this first step of my recovery. I am beyond thankful I came here in my time of need.

Excellent facilities, good food, awesome staff. First time in rehab. Couldn’t have asked for a better, more enabling experience.

To be completely honest this place was great! From the first moment walking in the door I was welcomed by nursing and staff, and that was late at night. Every person here is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to addiction treatment, either they suffered themselves with the disease or watched loved ones run the path of destruction. All the therapists, counselors, recovery coaches, and BHTs (behavioral health coaches) were genuinely there for me. They made all recovery groups interesting and I learned something in each one!! Kitchen staff is always on point, 3 really amazing meals per day. Always something different and delicious! This place is a life saver and a great support network!!!! These men and women who provide care here truly care about you and take care of you!!

Yes. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the facility.
Where you require additional treatment, tests, and medical and other services that are directly provided by a third-party provider, these services are billed by those providers separately.
We Level Up Treatment Center cares for all clients no matter their insurance coverage or lack thereof. Where you do not have insurance we may be able to assist qualified clients with more affordable monthly payment plans. Please connect with our financial payment team for more. Please know, where you ignore your bills, they may be sent to a collection agency and could impact your credit score.
Your payment or balance outstanding is due immediately upon receipt.
A remaining balance generally may reflect that you have not met your insurance deductible. Or that your insurance carrier requires a copay that the patient is directly responsible for. Also in some instances, there is an applicable co-insurance or the treatment service was considered a non-covered fee under your insurance benefits plan.
Blue Cross Blue Shield typically covers individual therapy sessions for people with mental health conditions. BCBS insurance may cover therapy fully or partially depending upon the member’s plan. The member may still be responsible for certain additional costs of therapy, especially if they still owe money towards their deductible or are required to pay a coinsurance.
The amount of substance abuse treatment that BCBS covers is contingent upon a member’s particular plan, their desired treatments, and the provider they choose. You can discover more about your BCBS coverage by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card or calling one of our admissions navigators today.
The length of time that Blue Cross Blue Shield mental health insurance, or any insurance plan, will cover rehab depends on an individual’s specific health care plan and their behavioral health benefits. The length of time that someone stays in rehabilitation for mental health is also contingent upon the particular treatment program and their recommended level of care. You can find rehabs that accept blue cross blue shield insurance.
In general, Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans do cover treatment for addiction, at least in part, but again, specifics are based on the individual policy you possess. Most plans cover treatment for medical detox if determined to be necessary. This would most likely be the case for those suffering from benzodiazepine addiction, alcohol addiction, and opiate addiction. Detoxing from these substances can be dangerous and should always be monitored by medical professionals.
Yes, in general, Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance covers various forms of inpatient rehab. There are multiple types of inpatient rehab, including ones with specialized programs for people struggling with substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders. Other inpatient residential rehab centers may place emphasis on treating women who are pregnant or have recently had children or simply be gender-specific.
