Love their massages. A little pricier than others but it's definetly worth the money. You can feel the difference. Make sure to book ahead.

Poor Customer Service: I went on to use one of massage credit and asked for a sports massage with firm pressure/deep tissue as I usually do with my membership that I've had for over the years at the Cherry Hill location. When I was checking out, I was asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity. I said yes $10. I was informed that anything less than the requested amount would have to be paid in cash. I didn't have cash so that created the first issue. THEN I was informed that deep tissue and firm pressure are not the same and that since I received deep tissue that would be 10.00 enhament charge plus a 10.00 market rate charge because I received the service in Princeton. While I did not have a problem with the therapist ( I'm leaving the name of therapist out on purpose to protect this person from bad customer service at front desk), since this location was charging me additional fees, I declined the tip and offered to pay just for the upcharge. I leave the location with my receipt but when I look at the receipt, they charged me 30.68 - 10.68 for deep pressure, 10.00 market rate up charge and 10.00 tip. I go back into the location for them to refund the extra money they took out and they still tried to charge the market upcharge for the service. I told them that if they don't correct the matter in the location then I will resolve with my bank via a charge dispute. The manager stated that she canceled the first receipt than re charged for the enhancement. I'm so glad canceled my membership but this location is a rip off. If you can get your serviced done anywhere else, please do. I fell bad for therapist here as markup rated and additional fees are more important than tips.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this Massage Envy location. I was gifted a 1hr massage by a friend and was given a very uncomfortable and awkward 36min massage. I spoke to the manager Julia to rectify the situation and without an apology she offered me the option to purchase a 90min massage for the price of a 60min. The idea that I would pay for a service that was not executed correctly the first time is absurd. It is also a demonstration of poor customer service and a lack of integrity for the products and services rendered by this establishment. I declined Julia's offer and requested to speak to the owner. It has been two weeks and no one has followed up regarding this situation. I will consider this experience a lost of my time and energy and an unfortunate waste of what I thought was going to be an awesome gift from a dear friend. I do not plan to return again nor recommend to anyone in my network.
