I didn't have to wait long for the Nurse practitioner to come in and assess the problem.

The building is new, neat, and clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The doctor was kind, knowledgable, and really seemed to care. I was all around impressed.

First, the staff was great! Professional AND friendly! Nice facility. It was my first visit to OSH so I had to go through the initial paperwork to get my PCP changed on my insurance card. Michelle was very patient during that process!! I do not like the way future appointments are arranged by phone call instead of setting them up before leaving. Also not happy with 3-month interval between appointments. 6-months would be fine. Other than that, a pretty good experience. Another visit Good experience. No wait time but did have a bit of a wait between seeing assistant and seeing doctor. Staff was great, professional AND pleasant. Flu shot - great! Blood test - great! Didn't even feel the stick! Maybe should wait a while before taking blood pressure.
