Unfortunately, this health office is probably one of the worst offices I have ever interacted with and, I have interacted with many. While the physicians/PA's/NP's are (for the most part) friendly, some of the medical assistants (not all, but a good few) are incredibly rude both over the phone and in-person. If a person asks simple questions, they are usually met with snarky remarks, nasty attitudes, and dirty looks. Although the healthcare field is often both stressful and demanding, we must strive to do better. It would have been wonderful had this office been composed of people that actually WANT to work with and help other people, especially during these stressful times. I will be taking my family elsewhere for care.

I've been going here for years and my experience has been pretty decent, and I think they've actually gotten better. They are kind and easy to deal with in person. I have had issues with messages going unanswered in the past but now that i do all communication through their online portal i have found them much more responsive.

Someone is lying at this office and stealing Covid vaccine cards it shows they (apparently gave me a Covid shot in Nov of 2021.) but never received it ! If you’re going to lie give me the vaccine card! I didn’t and will not take the vaccine

I dunno man, these reviews are wild. It's a doctors office, it's not your personal country doctor. They are as nice as I expect them to be. They look at you and give you medicine if you need it. People have wild expectations. They are great.
