Staff is very friendly and professional, great ppl. Just wasted my morming trying to trade-in a ps4 because they dont have enough cash on hand in the mornings. I get that, but this seems like false advertising to claim you do trade-ins but only doing for set hours or depending on customer flow throughout the day. Time wasted due to poor communication of store policies. Won’t be going back to this Gamestop.
