Stood in like for 6 minutes waiting to be cashed out. 2 employees sat in their chairs and completely ignored us. Just left without purchasing anything. Someone could just walk in there and steal things, and they wouldn’t even notice. Absolutely no customer service.. service at all! Will not be returning.

Terrible. They should learn the extras for all pre ordered games and not just the ones they are into, i mean to sell ALL games efficently your gunna wanna know about them all!. Just pre ordered madden 23. Told the guy when i first went in there i was doing this for the early access. I was told there was not a all madden edition for the ps5. Didnt make sense. But i just went with it. I go to leave. Look at my reciept. Relieze there is no early access code. Walked back in there and they told me just wait till tomorrow, i told them i wanted a psn card instead so i can get the digital copy. They talked me out of it buy explaining that the early access was only a 1p hpur thing. I get home. And find madden 23 ultimate edition on the ps5 store with 3 days of early access. They suck
