I'd beware stepping into this GameStop and always make sure that the product they give you is not damaged, otherwise they'll give you a hard time with replacement process. I bought a PS5 and they handed it to me wrapped in a plastic bag. When I came home to open the bag, I noticed a huge puncture hole on the box that you can see through the box. I came back to have it replaced (box is still unopened since their policy states that they can't accept return nor replace opened items). One of the employee said she cannot have it replaced and is forcing me to open the box. That's literally putting me into position of not being able to replace it. It even says on the receipt that products can be returned or replaced within 30 days. Why would I want to take the chance of having a defective unit, when they have multiple in stock as replacements. I've contacted corporate and Better Business Bureau regarding this matter (this could've been easily resolved by just replacing the unit for a new one right on the spot).

I'll always give gamestop a 4 star because of that time they scammed me out of all my games for like $20 in store credit 🥲. It's okay though, they make up for it by having a great selection and they have an expanding pc accessory section that should keep expanding. (Bring back the retro consols 😉)
