PS5s in general are pretty hard to come by with the ongoing shortages. I know some GS stores are planning on having a few for Black Friday but they're still first come first serve. Your best bet is to check in store and online as frequently as you can. Yes, they sell PS5s but they're in low supply and high demand.
No, you should contact Sony, last I knew they charged $150 for repairs. It will take 4-6 weeks.
