On your yellow gate pass for 1099 truckers you say that chocking tires is a DOT requirement. DOT does not regulate vehicles on private property, therefore DOT can not require this. The correct statement is OSHA requires this. Reference 29 CFR 1910.178 for clarification and please correct your literature

I called the corporate office about me standing on the corner and harassed by the manager and the security for trusspassing the law states the you can stand on a sidewalk holding a sign. It is not on there property. Sidewalk belongs to the city. Bad business and they also called the police on me for trusspassing really people. So I contacted a lawyer. I can stand on the sidewalk and hold a sign this is not trusspassing. I'm also taken pictures of the ones who harassed me for the case I'm taken up.

I'm calling the insurance commission in Oklahoma and ID because your refusing to file a accident report with a claim number after your employees in Tulsa Oklahoma beat me and pulled a nerve in my arm.

It's a corporate office with ALL of amenities - sign in ledger, visitor badges, comfortable vendor "cool your heels" seating and convenient rest rooms! 5 stars !

Don't let WinCo's "Employee Owned" slogan fool you, they don't care about people at all and they treat people like garbage. WinCo are criminals and thieves! They'll lie in order to steal money from you and they don't care how many lives they destroy, they only care about money. I've witnessed so many times the supervisors yelling and abusing the night shift shelf stockers and just overall treating people like dirt. WinCo even have the audacity to try to cheat people from their last paycheck arguing "it would cost more to print the check" even though the last paycheck was for $700. I highly doubt it costs $700 to print a paycheck and it shows once again that WinCo are thieving, criminal-minded, and dishonest. Shame on you Steven Goddard, the CEO of WinCo, for having your dogs and goons at WinCo treat people so poorly and criminally. Don't support WinCo. They'll throw you under the bus like everyone else.
