I’ve been looking for a dress for an event for a few days now. When I came into Express, I was tired and about to just give up! Adrian came up to me and asked if I was genuinely doing okay. I could tell that they could see I was upset with not being able to find a dress after days of searching! Adrian made me feel like more than another customer! They went above and beyond with asking me the right questions and helping me choose the right dress! I’m not gunna lie, I’m thankful that they were going through the racks for me because my arms were so tired from doing that at every other store I went to haha! I could tell that Adrian genuinely wanted to help me out! Thank you again for helping me find the right dress for the wedding I’m going to! From one Boutique Sales Associate to another, I would definitely shop here again! 10/10! And as someone who is a manger in an industry like this, and has been for a while, Adrian deserves a lot of credit! I hope he goes far! 😁
