Ride On was awesome to work with. We had 19 people, two different stops, and 3 different pick up times and they handled everything like it was no big deal at all. Absolute champs and very economical!

Really disappointed here and HATE leaving bad reviews but this company really blew it for me. They guaranteed one pick up time and then changed it to an hour earlier with less than 24 hours notice. The new time would have wound up leaving a 75 year old man with failing eyesight alone at the SLO train depot unattended for over 45 minutes at 5 am. First call received excellent service but the second person I spoke to about the schedule mix up was rude, showed no understanding or offering any attempt to help, serve or solve the problem. Would not recommend them at all.
