After being put on hold for the 3rd time, and being told incorrect information over and over again... I have decided that I will never be returning to CHC again. I'm not sure if they take notes with invisible ink, but this is the last time that I will deal with the staff of their primary care sector. After making an appointment about two months ago, I was told that my appointment was at a different time than I was initially told, and then they LIED and told me that it hadn't been rescheduled. Then, when I rescheduled they asked me the reason for my visit, to which I informed them AGAIN that I need a referral to get some bloodwork done. Apparently they don't take notes or communicate with each other because this wasn't recorded and I got another call today asking me for the reason for my visit and they had me in their system as a new patient when I am not. The girl I spoke to refused to let me speak to their manager and put me on hold for a third time, so I hung up and decided that they can read this review and handle it from there. Thanks for nothing CHC!

AWFUL. Most the time, you don't even see an actual doctor. You end up waiting 45mins+ every visit. But this last one was the last straw. I called to make an appt for 2. Confirmed it was for Casa office. Their lunch is 1-2. They didn't even open until over 20mins after. Then come to find out, his appt is in Oceano! So they fixed it and said they can see him at 3, but you know why that is? Because the doctor is in his office sitting on his phone. You can see through the door. So not only did he need an hour lunch, but then he needed another hour to do nothing. Place is a joke. We're done, going to see Dr. Kaplan in SM.
