Great Staff! Very friendly front desk. Good, hot breakfast, had eggs, sausage, country potatoes, and biscuits and gravy when I was there, plus a waffle station, and your normal continental breakfast items. Room was clean and adequate for the price. Easy travel to the Bass Pro or the Zoo as well.

The customer service was phenomenal, we were treated with nothing but kindness and respect. The hotel was clean, the rooms smelled fresh, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was even better than the beds! Hot, delicious, and heart warming. Thank you so much for assisting us!

Our check in was HORRIBLE. We got to the hotel at 2:20, and we were told there was NO way we could check in until 4. We were there for a soccer tournament, so we were hoping for a few minutes to let the kids rest between games. When we found out we couldn't check in, we went into town to waste a little bit. At 3:20 I call the hotel to see if there was any way we could get checked in and the girl at the desk tells me, sure that check in is 3, there is no problem. (we would have just waited there had we known we could have checked in at 3 rather than 4) When we got to the room, it was clean, the beds were not the most comfortable, two adults in a full size bed was not ideal, but I guess my fault for assuming that a double room came with at least queen size beds. the sheets and blankets where thin, I spent most of the night cold and uncomfortable, and woke to a swollen face as I was allergic to something in the pillow. The breakfast was the best part of our stay. It was better than most of the hotels breakfast you can get. We choose this because of the price. Next time I'll spend the extra and go someplace where we're more comfortable.

The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond when I encountered a snag checking in. They were the kindest staff I've ever dealt with! Super, super clean rooms! I usually stay at another hotel when I come to town, but I'm staying here from now on! And there is fast food across the parking lot, so don't have to wait and pay to have food delivered.
