Love bowling, been a great sport to learn. Their lanes and equipment are also great so I almost gave another star. The thing is I can’t. If you are here in Walla Walla go to Stardust Lanes. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I’m not one to write bad reviews either, I pretty much have gave everything and everybody 5 stars on everything my whole life haha. Things they Did wrong: - Over-charged me $40 one night. - Claimed they had 0 lanes open over the phone 6 different times. Although, every time we walk in and there was 4+ lanes available. - Never answer the phones (rare, and you are lucky if they do) - Called in early to schedule a time get a ball drilled, when showed up the guy wasn’t there, went to tri-cities and would be back in 3 HOURS - Kept us waiting 45mins for someone to grab us shoes to play - Waited 35mins to get a ball unstuck - and now what happened tonight and why I’m writing this review… My brothers 17th birthday was going to be celebrated there. We reserved it at 9:30 in the morning for 8:30 at night. We got there and they claimed the lanes were busy and said they would get us on “asap”; we waited a whole HOUR and they said to still wait. So we packed up everything and went to stardust.

Went on a Saturday and, it was great!! Spent 3 hours bowling with family and friends and was very pleasantly surprised with the affordability of the total for everyone! We will be back!!

Oh gee!! If you want a comfortable bowling experience with fun friendly staff and great music, ya gotta go to bowl away lanes! Had a blast at 7$ a game ya cant beat it!
