No dress code, but, I would be uncomfortable in plain T shirt. I wore a golf shirt a kaki slacks.

When I was there I did not see any closed for holiday signs and they are not seasonal. I pass them daily when I'm at the lake and their hours are posted as shown. Definitely worth going to.
