Its the newest courthouse apparently. Its fairly clean compared to Visalia's courthouse. People always talk about how rude they are here but I don't give these people very much room to mess with me. I handle my bizz and get out asap!

the in take officers were rude and even though I have other permission to go with my client, ( I'm a care provider) they refused to allow me in. so my client ended up having 2 seizures in court

Victoria the supervisor was empathic and listened to me about a very unprofessional situation that happened with the a long orange haired heavy set woman in the front who rolled her, huffed her breath, and walked away when she found out the name of a family member that had trial. The old smokey sounding supervisor who I spoke to over the phone was no better and said it was my perception and that she didn't know what else I wanted her to say about it. I originally gave one star but Victoria's understanding of the situation and compassion has led me to give four. And the minus one is still toward that rude woman and her supervisor.

Yes, but you probably wont be selected due to relative knowledge of the law. The only way you wouldnt have to go is if you were still on parole.
Call the courthouse and follow the prompts. Criminal, Civil, or small claim's. Just choose court payments or fines and push the button they say.But you might wanna just push 0 to talk to live person. If you have case # give them that if you only have your full name they will ask for personal info to verify it is actually you .then just ask them how much it is.If its already in collections ask them for the number to the collections Dept.
I wish... That would make it all so much easier...but unfortunately they don't... You can only get a marriage license at the Court house in Visalia and whomever is ur officiant also has to file it there as well (in order for it to be legal); strangely though, you can get the paperwork, have someone help you with the paperwork and also file your paperwork at the Porterville Court house, when it comes to a divorce... (A bit perplexing),but, it is what it is... good luck hun and I hope I was able to answer ur question
vending machines

Unknown to me,would have to call.
I believe you have to do that at the main courthouse in Visalia.
On Friday's before 8AM
fridays at 8 you have to go to the windows inside and check in
What? No AC and should inform clerks inside the issue.
Go on fridays between 8am-8:15am nd go to windows nd do a walk in
Either at the civil counter in the courthouse or online at court.ca.gov.
Call them or or stop by the courthouse.
Prior to your court date you can go file a request to change hearing date and submit it. If you file it today the courts could possibly be able to change it. If you go in the self help center located in the courthouse they can assist you on which forms to file or what options you have. Self help is open today from 8:30-11:30a 12:30-4:30p. Hope this helps
Not secured.
There is a public computer at the court house.
You can go on the court's website and look up a case: https://efiling.tulare.courts.ca.gov/?q=node/353

The reference binder can you take it home and finish all the paperwork
Go to the South County Justice Center located at 300 E.Olive Ave in Porterville. Check with a Court clerk inside at the windows. I do believe Judge Roper in Dept#23 still handles cases pertaining to name changes.
Yes.
You put Porter Ville court and your case number
I don't think so... I can't say for sure but, bankruptcy is more of a federal type issue which, If, I'm not mistaken might only be handled in Fresno... But it never hurts to call the court house and ask... They can lead you in the most accurate direction... Good Luck guys and many BLESSINGS
