I need to edit my review after have a lot of experience with Porterville Chrysler's service department. We have experienced multiple issues with recall repairs not being done properly, causing Ram 2500's to be returned multiple times for the same issue. Now, after Fernando Lopez, service manager, admitting that the fuel filters need to be changed when replacing the fuel pump, Porterville's service manager, Fernando Lopez, insisted that we pay for the fuel filters AND LABOR TO CHANGE the filters that were clogged because the recall of changing the pump, clogged the filters., at a cost to me of $466.61. This is a warranty & recall issue. Beware of this dealer and the service department. Now even though we have a business in Porterville, we are forced to use another Ram dealer in another town where we will be treated fairly. Sad

Made an appointment earlier this summer for someone to look at my transmission on my 2013 jeep patriot, it was overheating and I couldn't figure out why. Was informed when I got there that they didn't have a transmission person and the it would be 3 weeks before someone could get to it. Then while doing the check in, the mechanic came in and said that based solely on my milage that my transmission needed replaced. I took it to the jeep dealership in Hanford, turns out there was too much transmission fluid in it. Had I listened to these dumbas$es o would be out thousands of dollars.
