I'm a traveling nurse, and was there for 3 months. Adela the manager was rude and nasty in conversation. The dog park was really nasty, no bags and not kept clean.

Do not let the advertisement of “new owners and new management” fool you. We move every 3-6 months for work and have NEVER lost a security deposit in years. They falsely found reasons to keep the deposit despite us leaving the apartment in better condition than when we moved in. No one ever will answer the phones and there is dog poop all over the sidewalks which they will not clean. This area brings in a lot of traveling medical workers who I do not want to be taken advantage of by unprofessional staff so I will spread the word in the groups I am in to avoid this complex. (Update: tried to update this but it deleted the owners response. I was unable to get through when I called a few weeks ago. Please post the number again and I’ll be happy to try again. Thanks)

Very convenient location, pet family, quiet and safe complex. The prior manager Adela was an angel; the current management is making improvements to landscaping but there is NEVER anyone in the front office.
