Careful this place will try and leave 10 pennies on your account when you've paid the balance in full just so they hope you miss a payment so they can accrue interest on you. I over paid and they sent me a check for $150 and still tried to keep a balance. Case is finally closed thank God.

Rude and unhelpful. Talked me to like I’m a gold digger or something at first until I explained my situation, and then I was offered some respect. I understand that they probably see the worst of the worst but some of us are true single mother’s making it on our own and need a little help or advice. You should have compassion in your heart in general, otherwise you’re just there for a paycheck. If you don’t know how to deal with real life situations and customers go work at a bank or something then. O yeah also, I sent an email asking a few questions for help and instead got some BS response with a whole bunch of grammar errors... so ... “lol” is all I gotta say about that.
