The customer service is awesome (woman). I do not know her name, but she is very professional and on top of it. As far as the units, they are okay. Not the most secure, rodent issues, and from the inside of my unit, I can see into the peoples unit on the opposite side of mine. It looks like a rat gnawed his way in from the huge gap. Needs some updates, but you get what you pay for. CASH ONLY STORAGE PAYMENTS. Makes it a little inconvenient at times. They need to upgrade, add a website, have an option to pay...etc.

Our unit was broken into 4/10 at 2am and we were told we weren't allowed to get our stuff out until manager said otherwise.

I have a storage unit here but I really wish I could move to a different storage place. I really liked the staff even though a few of the previous office workers where on drugs and did not care who was around when they did them in one of the storage units smh..... They then hired new one's which I really liked until I felt disrespected by one of them for the way they talk to me and gave out false info about me and my storage.
