Unprofessional company! Put a deposit down for a place then they said it wasn’t available anymore LAST MINUTE because the person Had to stay due to “court order” & I had already put in my notice . The company did not care to help at all do not recommend.

To save everyone a long read, I won't put in the long, drawn-out detail of how hard power properties worked to screw me. They lied on several occasions, from first meeting when they inspected our unit for purchase to the reason why they kicked us out. They're rude, disrespectful, and don't care to think about how their choices impact their tenants lives, choosing to accept whatever excuse they can find. The housing crisis right now should be plenty to rethink kicking tenants out, but they've clearly adopted a "as long as it isnt me" mindset. Getting a tax break is more important to them than how they're making people homeless. How a person is okay working there without showing a shred of sympathy or compassion is beyond me. Beware: as a tenant, this company doesn't see you as a person so much as a pest. They're incredibly difficult and frustrating to work with. Good luck if you need to get ahold of them for anything.

I live next to property that that manage and they are very rude when you call them. And they do not listen to you.
