Leasing manager Marcel is extremely RUDE and unqualified. He made a mess of the situation with COVID and left his job, and then returned again a few months later. He gives people who live there free stuff to write positive reviews and keep quiet about the appalling conditions. Amenities are sub-par and prison like. There is only one way in - past the front office and they will badger you if you are one minute late on rent. The shower wasn't work and trash left for days. Paper thin walls and bizarre layout of the apartments themselves. Much better options nearby. AVOID!!

This is literally the worst design for student housing I have ever seen it’s astounding compare this to the design of the COLAB student apartments in Denver and you’ll understand…. no real closets in the rooms …. disconnected bathrooms ….. Doors right next to your roomates door …. no tv in the living area ….. I am astounded that someone could design something so terrible

Everyone/staff is so nice. Everything was a smooth move in. Haven’t had any problems living here.

You will still be able to use your financial aid but it will not be automatically taken out of your financial aid package like it would be with the dorms. You will receive a refund to your bank account to which you will need to make payment via our resident portal or in person with physical check/money order.
Residents are always able to email their requested prints to our property email for it to be printed in the office for pickup.
Yes! Our pool is heated & we also have a nice volleyball net to fire up your competitive spirit!
Our leases are year long starting in August of one year and ending July 31st the following year.
We are pet friendly! You must register your furry friend beforehand through petscreening.com & our pet fee is a one time $400 charge along with a $25 monthly pet rent.
Residents must have a policy of a minimum $100,00 for personal liability coverage. We do offer our own coverage but it does not include personal property coverage.
We have covered and uncovered parking spaces available. There are limited spaces available and tends to sells out early in the leasing season.
We have a courtesy officer on-site from the moment the office closes until it opens the next day. These officers are accessible in the lobby and by telephone through calling our office number.
Echo 1055 does not randomly pair opposite gender roommates. All co-ed rooms will need to mutually agree to live together and request one another when applying. Co-ed applicants will also need to fill the entire apartment for whichever floor plan they are applying for. (i.e. 3 bedroom – 3 co-ed applicants needed)
If you do not fulfill the rental criteria yourself, you can apply with a guarantor who does satisfy these requirements. We also offer an option to sign with a 3rd party company called The Guarantors Program. But, you will also need to satisfy their application requirements.
Here at Echo 1055 we do individual liability leasing, meaning you lease out a bedroom within an apartment. Therefore, the prices listed are per bedroom.
