Not open on 4/28/2022 due to repair service. There is no sign saying it’s closed unless you get down to the dock the signs on the highway needs to be marked when you’re not in service Or not open for business! What a disappointment!

I called before going there today on New Year's Eve but the lady said that it would be closed until Sunday but I still wanted to go look around. The views of the river were pretty good and there was about a half-mile trail that led into the woods alongside the river which was nice. I can't wait to try the ferry out soon.

Something different. Nice way to cut right into St Genevieve . Sometimes the ferry is on the other side of the river so not always the quickest route . Awesome to see first hand the power of the river and the skill of the captain navigating the current

I love going around the ferry landing and fishing there! I've never been on the ferry tho lol. But its a great spot to enjoy the river view 💯

Yes. The ferry operates every day, except when river current conditions make it unsafe.
The Ferry is'nt running right now flood waters to high
They can see you pull up from either side so usually only a short wait
The Facebook page or website both answer the question daily
