Magnolia Hollow Conservation Area

The deer are there. I've taken a couple there but you need to be ready to haul it out. Extremely rough and steep. Also, no rifle hunting allowed. Bow and muzzle loader only

Right now the conservation department has most of the area shut down to perform CWD activities.

Archery only for deer. No single shot projectile allowed. Shotguns using spread shot are allowed for small game and Turkey

What I'd like to know david is how do u get one of those camping permits got a friend coming in from Minnesota and we was ganna camp and hunt their know how to get one?

Yes they allow squirrel hunting
