I had a very fun time watching the fireworks show with family. It is a very big park with a lot of open space. This makes it the perfect place to be with family. It is also a good picture location. You are also able to hangout with friends there.

There is a paved trail that you can walk or bike on. It doesn't go into any woods or anything. Its all open and goes up and down hill throughout the park
