Good customer service

After years of shopping at GC I’ve had it and I’m never coming back. Tired of the terrible customer service and the unwillingness to help. Mathew the “manager” with the pink hair is a real clown and has a bad attitude.

In my last 5 visits, I have found the following. 1. The employees I have encountered do not last beyond 3 months. 2. Employees lie through their teeth. 3.recently, I called to see if they are open, and I was assured that items the items I need were available, only to arrive and find they were closed. 4. In the 5 minutes I was waiting out front, I informed 10 people that I had called ahead, and they were all just as upset as me, if not more. Despite spending thousands of dollars there over the past 20 years, I will never buy anything from them again.

Kyle and the guitar technician are awesome. I had taken my guitar to Joliet for strings replacement and they gave me used ones. Then took it to Bedford park guitar center and was told to go on YouTube to do it myself. Kyle and the technician confirmed I had used strings put on. Never again will I visit those locations. I encourage everyone to visit Halsted and diversy as the manager Kyle and guitar technician, and staff are very professional and have experience. You guys did an amazing job and my guitar sounds super awesome!!

Call them
calling is the easiest easiest way to check i did see a gold top in their high end room tho when i got my jr
I'm sorry I couldn't say for sure. It would be best to call them.
I really don't know. I have been there a lot though and never seen a dog inside.
Guitar Center will buy used musical instruments. They have to inspect the equipment. Some items they will pickup.
I've never seen anything like that there...
No I don't sorry
Just take it in If they can fix it They will or reccomend someone who could repair your instrument.
It depends to which location you're going .2633 n Halsted has parking. It's free and entrance is between home depot and guitar center. You go up the ramp to park and bring ticket to store with you to get it stamped. You can usually park on the street but it's metered. There's always parking on the street.
The Only suggestion that I have for you is a battery operated bluetooth speaker from Walmart that is probably less expensive than the system you bought at Guitar Center. Weigh your options and check it out and make your own decision. By the way, the speaker I'm referring to is the large Karaoke Speaker that lights up and has over 100 Watts!
Probably They sell dj equipment. If its a dj ready turntable Im pretty sure theyll offer you something. Just remember they will give 60% of what its going for on the used market. Check the guitar center site and ebay and see how much theyre being sold for used. On ebay check how much theyve sold for. If you trade in they give 10 or 15% off The new item you buy.
Check on-line for inventory and the best price.
Check the internet. Better information on the guitar, largest selection, best price, no tax and free shipping.
