Horrible thin flavorless burgers. Had a awful customer service experience there where I ordered the wrong number 4 (there's a kids meal number 4 and a regular number 4) when I was confused on why I didn't get my son's chicken nugget meal the lady told me I ordered wrong and there was two number 4s when I asked if I could exchange it as I don't want the burger and the kids meal is cheaper the the burger she refused and said I would have to make another order if I wanted the chicken nuggets. I only had the cash for the two meals so because of her not clarifying my order on her menu our very rare night out was ruined.

Asked for a bacon burger with no veggies. Got no bacon. I clearly told cook meat cheese mayo only to fix it. She purposely put onions on it… asked for my money back. They refused. I slam my bad food in the garbage and left with no burger and hives for the onions… never going back. Thanks for ruining burger ranch for me

A super tasty little hidden gem tucked away in Tacoma's Lincoln District. The burgers are excellent and they hit the spot just right. Reminds me of stopping at little burger and shake places on road trips as a kid. Not too fancy, not too expensive. A classic.

My husband and I went for the first time and I was pretty disappointed. The milkshake was fine but by the time we got through the drive through our food was completely cold. I don't doubt the fries would have been excellent if warm. My husband thought his burger was pretty good even if it was cold. Overall, just ok. Fair warning, the wait was approximately 30 minutes for 3 cars to get served in the drive through and the dining area was closed.
