My husband has worked there for three years. He works in the shipping warehouse for large items and has never encountered the things people are complaining about. They are quick to give raises, bonuses galore, and the people there are friendly. They do expect you to work so don't be lazy. They are VERY accommodating when it comes to work life balance and are easy going when you need time off for family emergencies.The biggest problem is that people are too lazy to show up. They never give OT without notice and the hours are easy to manage. Your job will be great if you show up for your first day. People are just to lazy to work an easy job.Four stars because warehouses are hot but tolerable.

We ordered a piece of furniture from Ballard Designs and it arrived damaged, TWICE. We contacted customer service and MS Rikki Webber took excellent care of us and made sure we received an undamaged piece. On many occasions, they do walk in interviews at the main distribution center in West Chester.
