Amazing job, very sweet employees who are on top of it! When my grandmother gave me this ring it was in pretty rough shape; the gold was scratched, it was bent, and diamonds were missing out of the side. The woman who assisted me was so sweet and understood exactly what I wanted done. It only took 4 days for the repair and within a day of taking the ring in they called me and gave me a variety of options for the diamonds. I’m so happy with the result and so is my grandma! Staff member a bit unprofessional with a stone I brought in to have fitted on a hold necklace. I watched her fling it on the counter after telling me she didn't have a price for the service I was asking. I wasn't even able to leave a deposit.

Hi Erica, the price depends upon the type of metal, whether the ring is being sized up or down, how many sizes, the width of the shank of the ring, and the number of gemstones in the ring. If you can give us a call at 859-261-0295 we can give you a more accurate price range to have your ring resized. We have our repair department on premises so your jewelry won't leave our store. We buy 10K, 14K, and 18K gold and platinum, but unfortunately we don't buy sterling silver.
