Great service ! My MacBook Pro had a new hard drive installed; but I couldn’t figure out how to get the OS on it. In particular, I wanted an older OS to go with software I still us. He was able to find the right OS, install it & also check out an internal cable that was loose! In 24 hours , my problem was solved . Thank you!

Yes we do. You can bring it in at any time.

Something is wrong with the power/charging. Computer will charge if I position power cable justly. Power cable is fine. Though I can not diagnose the problem, I believe problem to be internal power malfunction.

Sounds like the power socket on the computer, these like your phone's USB connectors usually wear out after a few years

I have a 27 'Mac pro computer, with a 1 Terabyte hard drive. I wnat to update my hard drive to 2 or 4 Terabyte, and up date the memory. Can you but the operating system to?
