I had the best experience at the Y yesterday 4 hours past as if they were minutes I powered up with the elliptical, shoulder back pull, shoulder press n thigh blaster machines, relaxed n stretched with yoga, n sweat my whole shirt with Werq dance class My whole body responded i feel buff can't wait to lose more weight n gain more muscles So blessed to work out at the Y my mind and body desperately needed it. It was wonderful 👍

Great cornerstone of the neighborhood. Very friendly staff and more extensive facilities than you would expect from the outside. Despite the name, no proselytizing - for all intents and purposes a secular organization so safe for children.

Hello Vicky, To use our gym you can purchase a membership. There are different types of memberships available depending on your needs. You can also choose to come in as a guest. There is a $10 day pass fee every time you would like to use the center. If you choose to open a membership with IPY, there is a $0 Joiner fee promotion which ends on January 31, 2021. You can also save 20% on your monthly membership fees if you have friends and/or family who are active members at the YMCA. Hi Rebecca, so with a family membership you are able to drop your child off in our child watch area for up to 2 hours each visit. The child watch area is open Mon-Fri in the morning from 9-11:15 am and then in the evening from 4-8:15 pm. On Saturday and Sunday it is open from 8 am-1 pm. When you arrive at the center and enter the into the child watch area the staff will have you sign the child in and indicate where in the building you'll be in case of an emergency. There's also a info packet that we ask parents to fill out for their child(ren) before their first visit. This allows our childcare staff to know the child better while they are in our care. Are there any other specific questions that come to mind that I can help answer? Feel free to stop into the YMCA for a tour if it might be your first time coming to the building. Regards, Ron
