We hold our quarterly business meetings here and I really enjoy going here, The lunch that we had brought in from an outside source didn't include the condiments and the manager went on their own and got them for us. Nice touch!

This is the 4th time that I have stayed at this hotel. I have family in the area and at times, I need to stay in a local hotel. This hotel was very clean and the rooms and bathrooms are well appointed and comfortable. The desk staff, especially Shannon was friendly and helpful! After a mix up with a reservation ( my fault ) Shannon came to the rescue. This Hampton Inn is my go to when I am in Cazenovia. My only complaint was that the breakfast eggs were very salty.

The Hampton Inn Casanovia went well beyond our expectations. We had our Easter Party and they accommodated all our needs with a smile and made sure everything was perfect ..The rooms were clean and nice. I would give the service a 1000 .Thank you Hampton Inn

Positive: This was my second visit to this hotel. I had my daughter and her 3 children with me this time. I like the location. The room was very nice and the pool was fun for the children. The breakfast was good. Negative: I asked that our room be cleaned. That did not happen until after the second time that I asked. We had to go down to the registration desk multiple times for towels, toilet paper, and blanket. There was minimal food for breakfast on Monday.
